E: 30 minutes of cardio and 15-30 minutes of upper body weights

    L: buffallo chicken fingers w/ raw veggies & light ranch dip

    E: None, 2 meetings right after work. I won't be getting home until after 9pm. And, I won't be able to do cardio/etc for a while now because I have a boot on my foot for at least 4-6 weeks!!!! I can't believe I messed up my foot that much last month.

  • Insanity is kicking my but and I've been slowing down during my workouts but I still managed to do it this morning. I did pure cardio this morning and I am going to do the abs tape and capoeira tonight...whoo
