I am hoping to find a dress on a real budget. This is my second marriage, and 8 years ago, when I was married the first time, I was able to find a nice dress for under $300. I of course do not remember the name of the designer or store where I purchased it from, however this time I want to find a dress with straps or sleeves. I don't want to go sleeveless. Does anyone know of a reputable company or store in the Phoenix, AZ area to try? I am hoping this time to stay under $200.
