Does anyone here listen to any Christian rap? I just started getting into it sort of recently. Lecrae is the best and this song has been my fave for a few months now:


I like the rhythm of rap, but often the lyrics are awful. Lecrae is super talented and glorifies God in his lyrics. Awesome!

    Umm I'm officially obsessed now! haha. I love rap admittedly (the beat, etc.) but the lyrics are usually just trash. I love that his words have meaning (with a great beat). Thanks for the share!

    Lecrae is pretty great. I'm a huge fan of KJ-52. He has both good/serious songs and others that are just silly/for fun. He is a good time in concert too! I met him last time he was here and he was a lot of fun to talk to.

    That video is of a song that KJ wrote as a letter to "slim" aka Eminem, kind of telling him that he didn't have to live the way that he did, etc. I like the song a lot.

    I don't listen to rap personally. My brother listens to Lecrae a lot though. I appreciate the message of the songs even though it isn't my style.

    I love Christian rap & hip-hop. Lecrae is awesome. I also like Canton Jones & Deitrick Haddon. There are so many Christian artist out there making great music.
