What happened to Thursday & Friday Accountability?

Did it get eaten or are we starting to slack off?

Thursday Accountability

B: whole wheat bagel thin with 35 cal cheese
S: banana
L: mozzarella, tomatoe and basil on a spinach wrap, a hard boiled egg and an oatmeal raisin cookie
S: apple
No dinner cause FI got into a huge fight and I just went to bed

Friday Accountability

I hate like sh!t today

B: same as above
No snack
L: grilled cheese on wheat with tomatoes and fries and lemonade
D: McDonalds crispy chicken snack wrap with honey mustard, fries and an orange hi-c

    Friday-more crap
    Today- left over pizza and some reese pieces
    Tomorrow- An insanely delicious Itialian restuarant where I'll have bread and pasta (I don't even try to lie to myself. There's no effing way I'll get a salad).

    I will definitely start up with accountability on Monday. I need the shame when I do poorly. Plus with my triathlon in two weeks, I need to go into super drive.

    I did bike 6 miles this morning and walk my dog like two or three miles around the college my FI works for. Tomorrow I plan to run two or three miles,

    Usual breakfast (cheerios & iced coffee)
    S- Kashi 7 grain crackers (15 - serving size)
    L - granola with greek yogurt
    D- fettuccine alfredo with veggies


    Friday
    Usual Breakfast
    S- Nature Valley yogurt bar
    L - Pb&j sandwich, greek yogurt
    D - Fish Fry (2 baked, 2 fried, garlic smashed potatoes) water.

    I walked a lot yesterday (Sat) at the mall shopping (which really meant I was snooping - no purchases. Waiting for tax free weekend in IA to get some things)

    Hoping next week will be better with exercise!
  • Ugh I was kinda glad they didnt happen cause I ate so bad lol but its better when I feel guilty about eating bad.

    Thursday: I really only ate lunch becuase went to a Korean BBQ buffet with my mom that I love and ate way too much that I wasn't even hungry the rest of the day. I guess the food isnt too bad for me cause I just had marinated meat and rice. It was the eating way too much at once and not eating at all the rest of the day that wasnt good for me.

    Friday:
    B: small bowl of Apple Jack Cereal
    L: Turkey Sandwich on sandwish thincs
    S: Wheat thins with laughing cow cheese, Carrots and hummus
    D: Frozen meal garlic chicken pasta
    E: none

    Saturday
    B: Granola cereal
    E: 5.5 mile ridiculous hike that is super up hill the entire way, its not a fun hike so I dont understand why people want to do it but it quite an accomplishment here to be able to say that you have done this hike
    L and Dinner: got thai food, red curry and rice and ate half for lunch and half for dinner so was probably under my net calories for the day but not very healthy eating

    Sunday: Started my day out with yoga planning to be a healthy day adn get some more exercies in but then ended up going to costco pigging out on samples and then over to a friends for swimming and a bbq where ate and drank too much.

    This week its back on! Going to get strict with doing insanity everyday so I can feel ready to start month 2 workouts and to get in as best of shape possible for my fiance coming back since he's been in afghanistan the whole time I've been working on losing weight.
