Caterers.. on a Budget

Does anyone have any suggestion for caterers that are willing to work with a budget below 4,000 for 250 people? Either buffet style or action station with some passed hors d'oeuvres would be great.

    Try Bailey Connor Catering. We don't have a huge budget for food but Veronika and her team worked with our price range and created an awesome menu for us and got us exactly what we wanted within our range. They are also pretty good about working a payment plan in there. Half down of such a large amount wasn't possible for us and they let us do 20% then the other 30% later. We're paying the balance day of. She listened to what we wanted and gave us cool ideas to help keep the price down. She even found our venue for us once we told her what kind of wedding we wanted.
    Their offices are a little tiny and in an odd strip center type place, but we attended a party they put on at the house of dereon and it was wonderful. Food is EXCELLENT.

    We're going with Red River BBQ.  $10/person for 3 meats and 3 sides for everyone.

    Zio's Italian Kitchen 
    We paid @ 2000 for 300 people. It was penne with meat sauce, chicken alfredo, salad, bread,  tea/lemonade, all utensils and condiments.  That also included delivery, servers, taxes, and tip.

    All Star Catering Co.,  I hired them for my wedding next year! Super nice people, the food was excellent!  Also, the good thing about this catering compnay is they have a little bit of everything on their main menu to choose from, mexican, italian, and some home style cooking. Definitely worth the look up and their prices were perfect for us ( we're on a tight budget)!
