Good morning ladies, how was last night for everyone?
I will admit I skipped the gym trip for my 30-45 min of running before we had to head out again. Instead some extra time cleared up in our schedule (something was rescheduled) so we took the dogs for a good long walk

That's the best exercise I know of because they love it SO much, and I live in a gorgeous area out in the country with pretty trails all around me.

How was last night for you ladies? Anyone find any new exercises or healthy food recipies that are helping them that they want to share?
