NEED MOTIVATION

Ugh I fell of the wagon and cant seem to get back on :(  I was doing 30 day shred and stopped around christmas but cant seem to get back on my routine. Any suggestions or other things I should try besides 30 day shred. You ladies are always so awesone. Thanks for you help in advance.

    i know this is might sound mean-ish, but just do it.  Once you're back in the swing of things if will come easier but for now just haul your butt away from the computer and get it done.  You really are the only person who can motivate you.  Others can only inspire.  If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.  Good Luck!

    I notice once I stop, it is really difficult to get back on the wagon. I agree with Anna, just do it. I get into modes where I feel like I'm the busiest, most tired etc but there is always someone busier etc. I hope you get back on track! I know you will!
