V-Day Gifts

Anyone have any suggestions for a V-Day gift to get my fiancee?? This is only our 2nd Valentine's Day together--the only one we will spend engaged--and I want to get him something, yet not spend too much as we are saving for the wedding this summer.

<div>Scrabble makes me want to claw my eyes out.  I always seem to en up with 4 "e"s and some "i"s or "u"s.  Kudos to those of you who can have fun with Scrabble.  :)   This post did give me the idea to possible wrap up a more "romantic/adult"  board game that we could play that evening.  Anyone have any suggestions on a good one??</div>

  • A GREAT 2 person game is Ticket to Ride. It's won a lot of awards, and H and I play it together. It's good for small parties, too, it takes 2-5 players.

God, I wish H weren't in California, I would want to play it right now.

<div>I've never heard of that one, but it sounds cool.  I'll have to look for it, although I was looking for something of a more adult/sexual nature for something fun to do Valentine's evening, since we don't normally go out or do much.  I might have to hit up the local shop this weekend to see what they have.  </div>

  • We have a tradition. McDonalds sitting on the floor. And FI buys me a flower of some sort in a pot that within the week my cat will kill. It started because I was in nursing school every day and he was working. We didn't have the time, energy or money to do anything. I have to say though, eating McDonalds on the living room floor with some champagne ain't bad.

I've never heard of it, I will have to check it out! I was all set to get him Scattegories because he's been talking about it and low and behold he walks in the door with it Saturday. Oh well lol...
