NWR - Orlando Area - Vacation Planning

FH and I are spending 7 wonderful nights in Orlando the last week of June, with a day or two at Disney, a day or two at Cape Canaveral (sadly it looks like the shuttle launch is delayed, but i couldn't alter my vacation days at work so we are still going to go on the tours) and a day on the beaches. We are looking for some exciting things to do throughout our stay that aren't exorbitant amounts of money, some a little romantic, some a little adventurous. Anything you wonderful ladies have to share would be awesome.

Thank  you!

There are air boat rides, in boggy creek.  They're a lot of fun.  Downtown has some fun nightlife.  Universal Studios is another option.  The town of Celebration has some delicious restaurants, Town Tavern is a favorite of ours.  It's a yummy New England style place and it has over 100 beers.  There's Winter Park, it's great to walk around in and shop.  Jax's Off 5th is another GREAT restaurant.  They give you a bucket of pickles to much on instead of bread.  If you're going ot the Cape try to do some deep water fishing.  In june you'll catch a lot of crazy stuff.  Oh, and Downtown Disney has La Nouba, a Cirque De Soleil show.  Hope that helps!!
