  Our wedding style is a wildflower theme with a rustic/vintage feel. When we started looking at venues for our wedding, we visited a beautiful arboretum. The second we entered the arboretum, we were taken aback by the beautiful wildflower gardens. Even though we aren't having our wedding there, we fell in love with the gardens so much that we are keeping it as a central theme at our current venue. Our wedding is going to be on a farm, so we also want to have a rustic feel to it. We also have always loved the 1920s/1930s... even our first dance song will be from that era, which is why we want our wedding to also have a vintage feel.

       Honestly, before meeting my fiance, I never really considered what my wedding would be like, let alone what colors it would be! But as we grew together as a couple, we began to dream together.
       And both of our dreams came true when he proposed with a blue sapphire engagement ring. From that point, we started playing around with the idea of centering our theme around the colors in my ring: silver and navy blue. We also loved using the sapphire because it is the birthstone for the month we met: September. It is also a great tradition that is passed down from my mother who also received a sapphire engagement ring.
