    Hey, everyone. I had my weigh-in last night and gained 1 lb. :-( Oh well. Nothing I can do about it now. And then this morning, a co-worker brought in fresh, homemade chocolate chip cookies! I've been resisting though... I posted a picture of my wedding dress on my work computer desktop. If I feel tempted, I just glance at it.

    Feel better!  I'm up 2lbs in water weight and bloat this morning from eating some salty food last night.  I feel like crap.   Starting this weekend, I'm cutting WAY back on sodium, dairy and alcohol.  I don't eat processed foods reallly and don't drink soda, so I'll keep that up.  8 days to go!

    B: scooped out whole wheat bagel w/ WW cream cheese (3?)
    L: 0% greek yogurt with honey (3), carrots and dip (2), 100-cal pack (2)
    S: orange? (1)
    D: order in prboably....sushi, no miso soup and limited soy sauce (8)

    E: 30 min HIIT, abs and arms/pushups

    Feel better Kim!  A friend stayed at my house last night so I could take her to the airport last night (she lives in the middle of nowhere WI) and since I really didn't want to get the kitchen messy and clean it again because we have a second showing for a couple who is thinking of putting an offer in on our house (WOOHOO!) we went out for mexican.  Chips with guac, margarita, and then dinner.  Ouch!  I'm up 3 lbs this morning on the scale, but I'm sure it's mostly from all the salt.  Must be good this weekend.  Which will be easier since DH is gone.
