Cake - Not sure who to use (Tally)

HELP!  I can't decide who to use.  It is a toss up between Myra Jeans and Publix.  I really wanted the Cake Shop, but they are not doing wedding cakes the weekend of my wedding.  Anybody have any recommendations, good/bad experiences, etc?

Aww...we used the Cake Shop for our wedding cake and it was wonderful!  We ended up having to pick it up.  They was at their max for wedding cakes, but offered to make it for us as long as we picked it up.

One of my co-workers used Myra Jean and they really liked their cake.  When we went in for a tasting, the cake tasted kind of stale to me.  I'm not sure whether she left our samples out for a couple of days or if that's what her cakes regularly taste like.  Her hummingbird cake is amazing though.

Which Publix are you looking into using?  We met with the Southwood Publix and weren't happy with the customer service at all.  They couldn't keep their story straight and wouldn't give us an exact price.  One of the other knotties (she doesn't come on here anymore) got her cake from there and they gave her a hard time as well.  And her coloring was splotchy and the cake was lopsided.
