To incorporate the beach theme, maybe use shell beads (just a quick google search brought up lots of options).
I love this idea! If I had a bigger budget I might steal it! But I'm thinking maybe for bridal shower favors instead!
Michael's has bags of charms you can buy like starfish and such and the hooks to make wine charms all you have to do is add some beads. It would probably be a whole lot cheap to do them yourself, just a suggestion.
Are you going to give each person more than one? I guess I don't know what I would do with just one wine charm. I wouldn't remember to take it anywhere.

This was my thought too. But you could do a set of 4, each with a different beachy charm, like a starfish, seashell, etc. and package them together. I love the glasstop favor tins that the author used in the link posted above.
