  If you are afraid that people will be tired and not dancing at the end of your reception, and you will be upset if people are not dancing to that song, then I would have it played earlier, not later.
  
  I think an upbeat Latin tune would be fun for your last dance.  What about something old school, like Miami Sound Machine "Rhythm is Gonna Get You"?  I think that people are more likely to get up and dance (or keep dancing) when they hear something they know or haven't heard in a while.
