Happy May 1st Ladies!!! Now it's really time to buckle down and get into tip top shape

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of Cheerios with sliced bananas
Morning Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Small salad mixed with spinach with balsamic vinegar dressing
Afternoon Snack: raspberries and strawberries
Dinner:TBD
Workout: If the weather holds up I would like to go to the lake and walk/jog 3 miles... No weights today arms are sore from yesterday...
