I like it. Personally I prefer the border...with the western-looking font (assuming that's the correct look you're going for) makes it appear more like a poster or sign with the border. I like the layout! It is fun to play around with stuff like this. I make invites for dinners and parties I host just because it's fun, not because I need them...
I think the border give it a little something extra.
Also, how many fonts are you using? I think the one at the bottom didn't render properly, but personally I try to stick to two (no more than three) fonts in a piece.
Go for bordered. I do find the bottom looks kind of busy with all the different fonts floating around in one small area. I'm also not super keen on the yellow - I feel like a slightly darker shade might be better. I just find it harsh with the black and white. The theme is cute though!

Agreed. I was trying to find a font, I thought something like Impact but not so bolded, KWIM? Like if Tahoma and Impact had a baby.
LOVE! I prefer the border, but you know, you can always print without, and mount on a layer of cardstock to get a stronger border type look. For my invitations, I printed on ivory, mounted on green, and then mounted on navy pocketfolds. I'm partial to that kind of layered look.
Part of the issue with the fonts is not all of them come with numbers and punctuation which is why there are different fonts. There are more than I normally would include right now, I'm still playing with the fonts.
I was going after the country fair poster style which I think I have achieved.

Sometimes I'll mix and match to solve this problem. For example, all the text in the line will be font A and the numbers or symbols will be font B. Usually you can find something similar enough that it won't look like a different font.

I was just looking through your bio and noticed the string lanterns. My mom made us all Easter baskets like that too! IDK if it would go with your theme but I think those might be cute with some sparkly paint or mixing some glitter in the glue to add some sparkle to them.

Edit - Nope, seems to be a problem with weebly. Maybe others won't have a problem with it.
