  I heard he was running behind.  He should still return your calls though.  Keep at it.  You hired him to do a job and he needs to do it!  You've already paid him!

  I have to cross Wedding Stories off my list, this is another complaint about him not returning calls and for a very slow turn over rate. He's taking too many weddings - more than he can handle.

  I used John and I absolutely love my video. Everyone that I show it to ends up laughing, crying and loving every minute of it. John puts so much into editing each video. I would give him a call again and send him an email. He has always gotten back to me!

  I am in the same boat. John did our wedding on Aug. 1st and we haven't heard from him. He was amazing at the wedding and did so much work before...but I haven't heard anything. I tried calling him once in Nov and once in Dec and emailed him too...I have not heard from him. I don't mind at all that he is behind I was just wondering how behind he was. My friend hired him last year and she had her video in  2 1/2 months....for me so far it has been 4 1/2 so far :-(

  I'm another one in the same boat! I got married in September and I put on our contract that we are to have the finished video with-in 12 weeks and have yet got a response. It's well over the 12 weeks now and getting a little upset at this point. I feel if he wasn't paid in full maybe he wouldn't take his time.

  I am another bride who is patiently waiting for their video.  I was married in September, and I'm not really happy to hear that a bride on Aug 1st has still not gotten her video.  At this rate I won't get my video for over 6 months!
  
  I am so very frustrated with John.  We've emailed hime 3 times and he hasn't replied at all.  I think I'm going to start calling him every week until I get a call back.
  
  He is not doing anything to help his business.  All he would have to do is email all of us and explain why he is behind.  I wouldn't be mad about that, I'm just mad that he seems to be ignoring all of us.  And it's making me nervous.

  I'm sorry to hear that so many other couples are in the same boat.  At this point, I'm really going to just try and stay optimistic.   John was really great on the day of the wedding and I'm sure that all of our videos will be worth the wait!
