Anyone have a wine list to share?

Looking for wine ideas! We're serving steak and mahimahi. Would like to get some recs for a red, white, and a champagne. TIA!

Reisling is usually an all-over good one. Otherwise I would do Merlot and Cabernet with that menu.

Cab Sav or Pinot Noir for red, Chardonnay or Pinot Grig for white, and Trucado for champagne

Pinot Noir is a good summer red. For white I prefer Chardonnay because I don't like sweet, my next rec would be Pinot Grigio. For people who don't like sweet whites Reisling can be too sweet.

For sparkling, I suggest Cava or Prosecco, both of which you can get reasonably priced unlike real Champagne. Any good sparkling white from California would also do the trick.

For Mahi Mahi I would go with a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. For steak a pinot or red zinfandel would go nicely.
