Where can I find the Pour La Victoire Bridal shoes

Hi all,

I have looked EVERYWHERE online to try to get my hands on the Pour La Victoire bridal shoes with the blue bottoms that say "I DO" under the shoe.  They are so amazing.  It seems that every website I go to, or every lead that I get goes to a dead end.  They are either out of stock or don't exist, or I end up looking at shoes that are not "intended" for brides.  Alot of the websites have a bridal section for these shoes but not the bridal shoes meant for the bride to wear (the blue bottoms with I DO underneath).  Please, if anyone can help me or knows of any place or website I can find them, I would be sooooo happy!

Re: Where can I find the Pour La Victoire Bridal shoes

  • Is it because you are in love with the style of shoe or is it because you are in love with the blue sole and "I Do" on the bottom of the shoe.  If it is the blue sole and "I Do" you know you can do that yourself right?

For the blue part, here is a great DIY tutorial http://fashionlushxx.com/diy-colored-soles/

For the "I Do" you can purchase rhinestone appliques at your local Michaels or Joanns (or any other craft store you have near you).

  • Yes, I am in love with their particular style of shoes.  There are several I would love to get my hands on, I just have to choose, my issue is that I can't find them anywhere :(

Good question!  Just because they aren't "intended" for bridal use doesn't mean that they can't be worn for a wedding.

Also, since you have been searching quite a bit, have you given any thought at looking at other designers and seeing if they have something similar to the pairs you like?

  • Yes, I have been looking at other collections and brand names to see if there is something similar, but they tend to be out of my price range.  I also do realize that they don't have to be "intended" for brides, however, I like the shoes in the bridal line, not their regular fashion line, this is what I meant by that.

if you can post some pictures of some of the styles that you like here, we may be able to help you find similar shoes.  And then you can just get the "I DO" stickers from Michaels/etsy/etc.
  • Have you tried e-bay or contacting Pour la Victoire directly?

Yes I tried contacting them and they haven't responded.  I tried ebay too. I did see the 6pm website, but unfortunately they did not have my size :((((   Thanks for all the help and suggestions guys!  Also, thank you for the tutorial on DIYing the bottom of the shoe :)  If anyone sees anything similar I would love to see it :)

I have the Freya heels in a size 7.5, PM'd you my email if you're interested.  They are new in box.

  • BHLDN has a wedge (prarie wedge) and a bootie (tied-and-true bootie) that are similar in style, though without the bling. http://www.bhldn.com/shop-sale-shoes?showAll=1   You could do the appliques yourself on the soles, or look for shoe clips on Etsy to add bling to any shoe.  I would look for something comfortable first, and then look into making it more "bridal" by adding something. Looking for a specific shoe to fit your vision can drive you crazy and you might find out it's not comfortable once you finally find it.

Good luck! You might try getting in touch with one of their stylists and telling them your size and some styles you're looking for - I know I've bought and returned several shoes before finding the right one, so maybe someone will return one in your size and they can let you know if it comes in stock.
