What are the most inexpesive vendors for reception, food services, flowers, decorations, etc., that is needed for a wedding here in San Antonio in December?

    A budget will be a more helpful start.  Then you should try to source the best, most reliable vendor for you within that limit.  The least expensive options for all of the above are probably your house, homemade food, DIY flowers (ie Fiftyflowers.com) and decor (save-on-crafts.com), etc and I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.
