  Mine will be lemon cake, raspberry or mango studded with white frosting, his will be marble cake with amaretto filling and chocolate buttercream frosting.

  tpender13 we are doing cheese cake for the Grooms 'cake' I wanted Cheesecake for the wedding but was overrulled LoL As much as I love cake - I didn't want to have it 2 days in a row. Luckily everyone agreed!!

  Awesome ladies! Since my pictures is not the best quality (can't remember where i got it online) I am thinking about taking in a picture of the lace on my dress so they can match it on the middle tier. But i'm loving the flower design on martiac225 .

  I suck at trying to get pictures in posts, so here are some of my mosaic cake inspirations:

  Our cake will be in different shades of our colors, plum and light blue, with light lime/spring green buttercream to stick the mosiac pieces onto, and it'll be square.  We'll incorporate our initials and our bird theme into the mosaic.  The cake will be 4-5 tiers high and fairly narrow.  Only the outside will be mosaiced, so the tops of the tiers will be left plain to give the design some breathing room.
