  I am looking for some shabby chic/rustic decor.  Nothing in particular at the moment, just seeing what is available before I search for and purchase anything new.

  
  

  Also...

  Anything you have in the world of linens...  Specifically if anybody has anything cobalt/navy/royal blue, apple green or dark grey.  I would also use burlap runners or overlays possibly.  Anybody have anything like that?

  Have you looked into linentablecloth.com?  They have some very affordable linens that are pretty decent quality.
  
  I don't have any suggestions on the chargers or rustic decor.  Sorry!

  Dollar tree generally has some cheaper tall vases.  I'm not sure what exactly you mean by candy sticks but this is an option:
