I hope everyone had a good weekend! How did you all do workout and food-wise?
Food wasn't awful but it wasn't great for me either. I went grocery shopping last night so that should change some things
I'm having weird foot pain that I can't figure out the root of. I'm 99.9% sure it's NOT my shoes since this started before I attempted and failed (only 1 mile) to run on Friday. I've been icing and taking ibuprofen. We will see if that helps, but it's hard to stay off of my feet. I'm going to hold off on running/eliiptical until this settles. For now it will just be bike and lifting for me!
