Affordable Wedding Invites?

Hi All, I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on finding affordable wedding invitations that looks nice and won’t break our budget. I am looking for something in the $2.00 or less each range. I know that’s a small budget, but you know how it goes. I would like to find someone to do them for me because I don’t have the time to do them myself.  Any suggestions would be amazing. Thanks ladies, Ashley

    Vistaprint is great and affordable. You can always get a groupon or 25-50% off.

    Check out Michaels online.  There are three tabs at the top and one says MiDesign.  I ordered mine through there and they were really nice.  I had and issue with wrong color being sent of envelopes but the customer service was awesome and it was fixed at no charge to me.  There is also a 25% coupon for wedding invites till tomorrow.  They have coupon codes all the time too.

    I ordered mine from exclusivelyweddings.com and they were fabulous.  There was minor assemby required and they were reasonably priced.  David's Bridal also has lots of reasonably priced invites - I ordered samples from them and I liked the quality.

    I've found that Wedding Paper Divas and Magnet Street have decent prices, if you don't want to do any DIY. If you don't mind doing a little DIY, you can save hundreds of dollars by using Vista Print, Zazzle, overnight prints, places like that. You'd have to design the invitation yourself, but then you could print them very inexpensively. Also, think about having everyone RSVP online so you can save printing a reply card plus postage!

    i used wedding paper diva's for my std's and they turned out great. vistaprint does not edit or proof your invites, so if you make a mistake & have them printed, then they are yours. A co-worker bought her daughter's invites at bed bath and beyond and they got to use the 20% off coupons. She also said they got them within a week. 

    We are getting our's from a printer in michigan (where our wedding is), but the invite company is carlson craft (?) I think. You might want to research printing companies in the area...sometimes they do them too.

    I bought my invites from the Brides line at Michael's. I went each week with a coupon and probably spent about $1/invite. They look great, but I had to hand feed in each piece which took a while. It was more time consuming, but I'm glad that I saved hundreds!
