seating chart advice?

i'm just beginning my seating chart and definitely underestimated this task

the main thing i've run into is seating the BMs and GM. all my tables seat 10 and with all the dates, the numbers aren't even. i originally planned to seat most of the WP together, but now it seems like it's not working out and i'd have to insert a few randoms (ie not people in the WP) to fill the table.

any thoughts on this or a tip?

thanks very much

Do you have an exact multiple of 10 guests?  If you really want WP/dates only tables, you could have a table of 8 or 9.  Otherwise, consider putting family members or friends that are of the right age range at the same table as your WP.  Or spread the WP among family and friends depending of how you know them.

<div>heh, good point. i haven't thought this through enough...back to the drawing table....</div>

  • If you absolutely HAVE to add people to your WP table, you should consider adding people you assign to help. That wasy it is not so random. Ask your good friend to be an usher. Ask another to be in charge of the guest book.

Please don't have a guest book attendant.
  • Maybe the lucky winner of guestbook attender can double as the fish poop scooper or toilet checker.
