Inspiration for Centerpieces

I am getting married in Kauai in July, 2012.  My colors will be white, tropical green, and some shade of light pink/peach/coral.  I'd like things to be beautiful, have a tropical feel, and still feel classic.  Like most people, I don't have an unlimited budget.

Any ideas on wedding centerpieces?  Pictures would be great.  I could use some inspiration!

Thanks,

Kristy

I am biased, but I say go for pillars of submerged cymbidium orchids.  They come in white and light green and a pretty pale pink.  You could do pillars of different colors on different tables.  I think tall submerged pillars are so clean & classic & elegant, and the orchids are a nice nod to the tropics.

I would post pics but apparently my connection here in China is CRAZY slow.  :)  Just Google "submerged cymidium orchid centerpieces" and you'll get plenty of image results.

here is a link to a non professional photo of our centerpieces. The submerged look worked great for us especially since it kept the flowers looking fresh AND the centerpieces were unaffected by the slight wind/breeze we had.
