They have three different rooms you can use, they are all different sizes. I'm using the biggest one which is the Davidson Ballroom .It is not actually connected to the hotel, it's across the street and its on the second floor. They also have a smaller room downstairs, and a ballroom called the Sam Houston Ballroom that is actually in the hotel. They also have a rooftop terrace that may be nice for a smaller ceremony. Each room has a minimum price to use it. I can't remember what they are right now and I cab't find any of my paperwork. Since it is a hotel you have to use them for food and alcohol. Contact Shanael at the Tremont. She is the catering manager and handles all the weddings. She has been really great to work with so far. I'll try to find pricing info and email it to you. HTH

I have some info on the Crystal Ballroom:

It can comfortably hold about 250 for a seated dinner.
    They have a food/beverage minimum of $10k
Black or white linens are included
Chairs and Tables are included - no chair covers
    Servers - 3 required
    Valet is extra per car

I got an estimate from them a few months ago for a 200 with a seated dinner and beer and wine and it broke down like this:

    Total: $13730.84
    Food: $7200
    Beverages: $3200
Valet was not included and the rest of the total is service fees, gratuity and tax.

Jaimie is very nice there and all of the staff were very accomodating when we were working with them. If I still have the catering menu and other things, I will email them to you.

    Good luck! :)

Also please call The Plaza Downtown.  They have really great pricing and since the renovations, they have become extremely beautiful and up to date on technology.

@ Kriskh --  if you had your wedding at the Crystal ball room, would you mind giving me your thoughts/advice?  I have received info from them already.  I would like to know your overall experience, if 240 guest can fit comfortably in the ballroom/dance floor & most important, the FOOD.  I haven't dinned at Sambuca so much would be appreciated!  thanks!
