Pittsburgh Florist Recommendations?

I'm trying to figure out flowers for the wedding and I have no idea where to start.  My bridesmaids are generally pretty crafty (thanks to Pinterest) so I think we'll be able to make our own bouquets with wholesale flowers if we have to.  However, if I can find an inexpensive florist I'd rather do that- less stress!  We need bouquets and flowers for our chuppah.  Any recommendations would be appreciated!

    I'm getting a really great deal with Cheryl from Parkway Florist- she will work with any budget and she is so knowledgable and helpful. It seems like she is really great quality for the money.  She also sticks around at the ceremony to help fix your dress, open the church doors and such once your BMs go down the aisle, which none of the other florists I spoke to even mentioned.
