Hey Ladies, I remember a couple of weeks back (might be longer) that someone suggested the refinery for waxing services.

I am going to call and make an appointment and was wondering if there is a specific person I should ask for? This will be about my third time waxing (legs/bikini area) so I know what to expect, but want someone who works quickly and actually gets all the areas requested! I've gone to two others and they always miss areas and it seems to take forever.

    I've gone to many different ladies there, and they were all very quick & (almost) painless! It must be the way they train them at the Refinery, they are the best for an easy waxing experience! You should be ok with anyone :)

    I've heard they're great for Brazilians - anyone able to attest to this?  Do they use strip or hard wax? :)

    I've only had a pedicure/manicure there...

    My friend goes there and she goes to a girl name Krista or Kristin.  I have my first appt a week from Thursday (soooo freakin' scared) and will be going to her also.

    They've always used soft wax on me, but some places have both. They are SUPER fast at brazillians. It takes her 10 minutes, if that. Also, the prices can't be beat!

    I go to Arianna for my facials she also does waxing too. She is a hoot. :)

    Just saw Angelica. WOW is all I have to say. She was quick, easy to talk to and pretty much pain free. There are always those spots that hurt more than others, but that isnt anyones fault but my own.
