E-Pics...What should he wear?

So I recently bought this adorable yellow sundress. I really like it and want to wear it in our e-pics. What should he wear?

The girl taking our pictures said should would take them wherever I wanted them and I really want them done at Cades Cove (I love that place!), so we will be outdoors for all photos except maybe in a old house or barn.

ETA: I've completely failed to mention that FI only wears longsleeves...year round...Yes, I'm being completely serious at the moment...he's a goober. His grandfather only wore longsleeves too. I think its a religous thing for him...even though we are BOTH Baptists and I don't believe that a person should only wear longsleeves. I have seen FI in short sleeves one time.

Oooo pretty place!

So I tried to stick with solid pastel colors, I personally seem to always be attracted to e-photos on the web when couples are wearing pastels (which you already seem to be doing! I love that dress too, it's actually got a similar look as the white one I wore). So I ended up wearing white, and intended on switching to a light pink color too, but didn't feel like changing after we had started lol and he wore baby blue, which looked really good on him. I don't know, I just think the overly bold clothing takes away from the beauty of the connection in the photos. I like the soft look of pastels and they also stand out from a vivid green background when you are outside.

So my very biased opinion is that your FI could wear a light blue, green, aqua, white or even pale grey button up or polo. Depending upon the formality he could either wear jeans or khakis. In my case, well, actually FI doesn't own khakis lol so jeans were just more us.

That dress is cute and that park looks really pretty. I'd probably do something along the lines of these shirts for him, with nice jeans and brown boots...

I would say so, yellow goes with a lot of light colors. Id say pink or purple too but depends if your guy is OK with that haha, I know mine won't wear them.

We did plaid for our first engagement photos (it was a freebie, some guy let anyone have a 30 min session for free if they got engaged for V-day, not nearly as excellent as my current photog but wanted to hit up a local sunfower field to get a shot for our STDs since sunflowers are going to be everywhere in the wedding). Anyhoo, they look good, but the plaid is a little distracting, but maybe we just chose one that was too busy. I actually like the one in the second link emily posted above since its a more subtle plaid, which is nice and would still work in the right color.

basically, your venue has lots of dark greens and browns so light colors will stand out better against it.
