i keep forgetting to ask...how much are they? & are there any test restrictions in DE?

You have to get at least 24 hours before, and no more than 30 days before. It's $50 if one of the applicants is a DE resident. You must have a state or federal ID; if you have been married before, you need the annulment/divorce/death certificate.

They just started an "apply online" program, which is really nice.

And there is no blood test in the state of DE, or any other test. In fact, it was easy peasy. I would recommend calling to verify they are open when you go; if I remember, they close early, and have a lunch break.

And they do ceremonies on Wednesday in New Castle County, not sure about the other counties, but that made it a bit more crowded when we went, haha.

i'd be going to the dover office anyways so i don't think i'll have to worry about lines as much lol but thanks for the heads up
