Hey... I'm not sure what the difference is between pleated and flat front.
What did your fiance get for his tux?
Is one more formal?

    Do you mean the shirt?  A traditional shirt would have the pleats.  

    My H wore a morning suit so this did not apply to our wedding.  However he owns and often wears a tux with a pleated shirt.

    Pleated = folds, flat = no folds.

    I'm not sure if one is more formal than the other. My H wore flat because he doesn't like pleats.

    lol, we just looked at tuxes this past weekend and I had NO idea what the difference was either.  FI chose the flat shirt...which I was happy with as I didn't like the look of the pleated shirt.
