  This TOTALLY sounds like something my FI would say too!  We have already decided custody of our cat, and negotiated the electronics.  I was told I get to keep the kitchen stuff, because he was going to quickly find some young hot broad to cook for him....I told him that I get to keep the bed and linens because I would want him to sleep on the crappy old bed we have
  
  I love being able to have the type of relationship where you can joke and tease about these things and you don't have to feel insecure that it is really going to happen.

  I Love that we can too. We talk about anything and everything. And can be completely comfortable and honest with each other. He is the only person who can make me laugh the way he does. AND OMG his stupid random facts about random things that have nothing to to with anything.

  My FI and I joke about prenup too, but we wouldn't ever get one lol.. We do have serious discussions about what we would do if something did happen, and we made an unofficial agreement that whatever we brought into the relationship we would bring out (like I would get the Wii, he'd get the PS1, PS2, and Xbox etc.)..
  
  He owns his own business so he jokes that if anything happened he'd get put through the wringer, but we both know he's just joking.  I love that we can  be open about everything like that!
  
  BTW, my FI wouldn't fight me for a cat, but if we had a dog that's a different story lol!

  My fiance and I always joke about "who gets what" in a divorce.  He has a super comfortable blanket he brought into the relationship that I sleep with every night, but I have all the new furniture.  I always kid he can keep everything if I just get the blanket
