I get to spend the weekend in CHICAGO! Very excited. To make it even better, I only have a 4 day work week, since we're leaving tomorrow morning. My best friend has to pick up her wedding dress there, so I'm happy since I wasn't with her when she bought it, I finally get to see it now.
Double date tonight! My friend met someone on pof.com (plenty of fish) and I'm really eager for tonight... it's their first time meeting in person but she doesn't want him to be a stalker/killer/rapist so we're going with her. AND we're going to Dave & Busters! How fun!
Because I helped my boss so much with his huge grant and it was submitted early, I get tomorrow off! Now I get to work on my invites and pomanders more as well as go look at some new houses and fill out the prequalifications for the mortgage.

Feeling Accomplished! -Picked out FI's pics for the pews (cute idea on pinterest instead of pew bows) -Set next Saturday for ring shopping (we have a coupon that has to be used by 2/15 from our jeweler) -Set a date to go register (now i have to set up appointments) -Nailed down a ceremony time -Tonight we are nailing down a rehearsal day (thurs or Fri- any suggestions?) -Printed menus off for a few places for the rehearsal dinner -Going to MOH's house tomorrow to do a sample invitation and see how they look!
I've been completely unmotivated, until yesterday We have 6.5 months, but these are all little things I want to get done so we dont have to worry about them later! Feeling good ladies!

We just decided this week to start seriously looking.
I want to AW the anniversary gift I made FI! Our 5th anniversary is on Monday (Feb. 6) but we are celebrating on Saturday because we are both way to busy on Monday and OBVIOUSLY (his words not mine) we can't celebrate on Sunday because it is the SuperBowl. Anyway, because of my nursing clinicals taking up all of my time this semester I have only been able to work 1 day a week, which as you can imagine does not yield a lot of money. I had been debating on what I wanted to do for FI for our anniversary, usually I buy him something special that he has been wanting (movie, video game, golf club etc.) I found this idea on pinterest and thought it would be cute, without having to spend money!
I glued 13 envelopes together, put a liner in each one and then pasted matching card stock on the top.
Then I made little cards with a saying for each of the letters of the alphabet. (ex: H is for husband, D is for diamonds, etc). Some of the sayings are serious and some are funny!
I put 2 cards inside each envelope and folded them all up like an accordian. This is the back that say Happy anniversary.
The front says "Dear Anthony" and I tied it together with a ribbon.
I am not a very crafty person and this doesn't look anywhere near perfect, but I hope he likes it!
We got the sneak peek to our video. I love it and it brought back such good memories of the day, but I don't think I'll ever really like seeing myself on camera lol
Re: AW Thursday
Friday I am geting my haircut and heading to my cousins to start the printing process.
I'm feeling like things are coming along.
