i sent him this big mile long email venting and complaining about my dad (strained relationship) and if/when he was coming to the wedding and how it seems like all he does is complain about the money issue and he's always got some excuse for something and blah blah blah it's not important... I was basically just emailing him to vent about the situation.

so my FI replies to my email with one line, "You're an amazing woman and I'm the luckiest man in the world that I get to call you my wife :)  I love you!"  and that was it, i just bust out laughing, it was exactly what i needed.  he's so awesome  :-D

    Agreed. I've been super stressed lately with end of term stuff, and not getting to see FI as much as usual, but he often txts me things like "I am so excited to marry the most beautiful and kind and amazing girl in the whole world"...definatetly makes the rest of the day a little bit easier.
