Toast and Blessing

I am filling out my DJ planner and I feel completely stupid. Who does the first toast, when is it done, and who does the blessing?? TIA~

    I'm not sure if this is right but, we're having FI's BM do the first toast.  For the blessing, we invited our priest to the reception.  Still not sure if he's coming, but if's he's not, we'll have FI's grandpa say the blessing.

    We had our pastor do the blessing and my Dad gave the first toast.

    We actually did all of our speeches/toasts before dinner (FOB, FOG, MOH and BM) followed by our friend who is a deacon saying our prayer before the meal!  Neither our priest nor deacon from the wedding were able to attend.  Close relatives or godparents are always a good option if no clergy are in attendance!
