  We actually really considered getting married at Frankenmuth but did not appreciate the customer service we received, even though I understand it was a business tactic.

  
  

  I can't remember the exact figures but something like they had a room that accomodated 150 and a room that accomodated 300... We're inviting over 200 but expecting 170ish and they were trying to convince us to cut our guest list so they could give us the 150 person size room (and save the 300 person sized room for someone who would have that many guests).

  I also looked into it and found out all the details.  The customer service was definitely lacking and I was concerned about how organized they really are. 
  
  We were supposed to meet with a lady there to get a tour and she forgot and was off the property doing other things so we had to wait for her to get back.  We were also told we'd be able to see the rooms where they do the reception but a conference was going on.  They told us that day the conference was going on until x time but it was actually 3 hours later than they even knew about. 
  
  Just based on my experience with the tour I was very concerned about having a wedding there.

  The brouchure said it had seating for 50 but could do accomidations elsewhere.  The photos which weren't even included in the package were from Rumme's Portrait Studio and you couldn't have anyone else from outside, at least someone professionally.
