Anyone have any experience with the Ziggurat Suite or Penthouse at NYNY? And/or the Loft Suites at Hotel32?

We stayed in the Ziggurat suite in NYNY.  Honestly, it's not worth the money.  While it is rather large, and has a huge hot tub, it is outdated, and the room has NO view (unless you like looking at the coaster).  I was really upset because I thought that it would have a view, I called to see if we could switch to a different room, and they didn't have any but said we could get a new one the following day.  Well apparently they were completely booked, but said we could book a Penthouse suite, for $75 extra per day.  Well at that point I was sick of moving (this was our second hotel in Vegas) and was not willing to pay more after already spending what seemed like a small fortune for the suite.

Also I'm not sure what you are really looking for in a suite.  Like if you are looking for something conducive to a gathering for a relatively large group of people (I can't remember how many we had in there at one time but we crammed quite a few it wasn't really comfy but it worked -i'd say like 15ish)?  If so do not book the Ziggurat...There really isn't much space in the living/dining room area.  Enough room for the people on the couch and the four chairs and some standing space, but not really very big.

If you were looking to do an in suite reception it definitely is way to small but to have a place for people to hang out, then it would work.

  • In general, I love Hotel 32. But, I have only stayed in a regular room. It is awesome.
