Getting in Shape

YAY!!!

I was pretty sick this past week and have only worked out 3 times so far... plus I've been eating a few more calories. Since my progress has slowed down I figured I would have gained a few or at least not lost anything this week. BUT I'm down another 2lbs and 1.5 inches!!!
The best part is the inches are finally coming off of my thighs (YAY) .5 inch of each thigh this week!
So since Jan 4 I'm down 11lbs and 15 inches! So exciting! less than 3 months til the big day

  • Congrats!  That's awesome.

    To me, that says that maybe you weren't eating quite enough before--you might want to take a look at that.

    Interesting info,  when you are sick,  your metabolism increases due to the fact that your body is working over time to kill those crappy germs. 

    Not saying you should be sick all the time,  but at least theres an upside?
