  I bought my dress at the one at El Dorado and I-45.  The sales consultant (Syd) was great to work with. The store was awful busy even for a Saturday afternoon but in their defence - they has a sale going on.

  I bought mine at the Galleria one. The consultant tried to juggle two of us at the same time even though I had made an appointment. She wasn't that great a help but thank goodness my mom was there to help me. I ended up getting a dress that day. Saturdays are always crazy busy...I would vouch to visit on a weekday if at all possible.

  I live in Spring but drove to the Galleria location.  Absolutely make an appt, and if you can go during the week then do.  I went on a Saturday, it was super busy but my consultant was wonderful.  Do not bring more than 2-3 people with you, there will not be enough seats because everyone else brings all their kids and both sets of parents. 
  Write out which dresses you like from their website - pick a top 3 - and give it to your consultant as soon as you check in.  I picked up my dress about a month after I ordered it.  This place is no frills, they won't store your dress, and you have to pay $10 if you want something other than the clear plastic bag your dress comes in.  BUT, I saved alot of money buying the dress I loved from DB than the dress I liked from a more expensive place in Spring.  And I loved that they had my size to try on, no "imagining" yourself in the dress.  They also offer a DB credit card which gives you a year to pay off your dress and whatever else you buy.
  I have heard people say not to use their alterations.  I am going to use Mario's Alterations near Willowbrook at the suggestion of two friends who got married recently.
