My MOH is here!!!!! She painted the card box and flower girl baskets. She is going to be such a HUGE help to me this last month!!!

I haven't posted what I've accomplished all weekend, so here goes:

-Candy buffet is all set and packaged up in boxes to bring to the venue next week
-All hangers are done
-Gift tags made for WP gifts
-Reordered gift from Things Remembered at no cost (spelling was wrong because of FI). Will be delivered today
-All table numbers and bathroom baskets packed up and done
-Working on sign for back of church door (saying to use side door so if people are late)
-BP gifts should be delivered today.

ETA: Also going today with the 4 youngest boys to get refitted for their tuxes.

I gave up on making our table runners, and was surprised to find out how freakin cheap they are to buy online. So, I went ahead and ordered them instead of trying to figure out another way of doing it with the supplies I had. CHECK!

We've also now heard back from basically everyone I expected to respond. There's a few stragglers, but they're known to need to be reminded or people we did not expect to travel 3000+ kms to come.

ETA: Spelling.

As of today I need to call my officiant and ask if we will be signing the license at the wedding ceremony.

Reorganize my walk-in closet that has ample stuff for the wedding stored in it.

Start whitening my teeth.

Finished my cork table number holders last night. Today I'm going to work on our card box. We spray painted it 4 times, and think it's ready for ribbon and stickers. Also hope to talk with the Pastor today too.

*Finally figured out what I want to do for ceremony decorations (better late then never
*Bachelorette Party Saturday night (gave my girls their gifts (persoanlized bags- small labor of love and their wedding jewelry)
*Figured out RD centerpieces with FMIL
*Cleaned out vases for the reception centerpieces

Just emailed our Priest the program for his approval than can print... FINALLY
Confirming Hair/MU for my ladies, just asked them all for an inspirational pic, as stylist asked
Finished names on escort cards, now just need to have FI parents finish tables - will give them to end of weekend
Booked meeting with our venue and decorator for next week to confirm reception set up
Got all the tickets for our HM!!

:) Our travel agent upgraded us on flight/resort as her wedding gift to us! (family friend)
MOH told me about bachelorette this weekend.. I SO need it!
My grandmother is coming Friday for a week to finish off my dress alterations and the hems on my BM dresses (2 out of 6 not done) and help me with finishing other projects!

I feel like I am finally getting some things done.. thankfully, considering we are weeks away!

Those were the last big things until delivering stuff to the reception site Friday. Everything is done and it feels so great! ONLY 4 DAYS LEFT!!!

-Ordered FI's wedding band (that just hit him and made everything real)

-Got another BM's gift (charms for her bracelet)

-Met with future MIL for rehearsal dinner tidbits

Over the weekend:

-dropped my E-ring off to be fitted with my wedding band, which we finally decided on and ordered, also dropped off a ring of my grandmother's i will be wearing to get a missing stone put in and cleaned ect.

-ordered the non-rose flowers

-decided on the programs

-finished our final session of marriage counseling and started talking to the rabbi about the service

-This isn't WR exactly but related to: we received Home Owners Association approval to move into our townhouse! So we took advantage of the memorial day sales and bought our mattress

-Started escort cards
-Designed and printed programs. Now we just have to cut them out and put them together.
-Designed and printed table numbers.

We finished the jam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 188 jars sealed and ready to be enjoyed! I do have to put the labels and twine around them, but the hard part is done.

So proud of FI for all his hard work. He really did make about 80% of the jam all by himself.

-We should also get our barrels for the bourbon bar today and the rest of the vases for the RD.

-I got an email from Rifle Paper saying our table numbers had shipped and another one from JCrew saying they had located all 6 pairs of the earrings I was wanting for our BMs and they'll be shipped today! Love their "We will find it for you" Service!

Over the weekend and today:

- tracked down the last of the RSVPs so we now have a final headcount. Yay!

- attached ribbon to 100 striped paper straws for at the bar...only 200 more to go

- Program wording is done and ready to print, and I'm so excited to see the finished product.

- custom cocktai napkins have been designed and ordered

- table number holders are ordered

- final meeting with the priest is set up

- welcome basket materials have all been purchased, just need to assemble.

- Oh! and we finally have all 300 vases in hand.
