Venues in Waukesha/ Milwaukee Allowing Outside Caterers?

I'm looking for a reception venue/ hall in  the Waukesha or Milwaukee area that will allow me to bring in my own caterer. Our guest list is around 200, so we're trying to save with a simpler space, and being able to shop around for a caterer rather than being stuck with what a venue offers. I've done some searching, but not finding much. Anyone have any suggestions?

    A few vendor suggestions:
    Reception Hall: Alverno College
    They have a beautiful conference center. They do in house catering but it is so reasonable it will make your head spin. Plus the facility itself is beautiful and set in more of a residential neighaborhood so you get away from the hustle of the city and parking is FREE!!

    She is from the Burlington area and has a traditional/photojournalistic style, plus we were able to get our entire wedding day package for $1300.00
    Flowers: Gia Bella Flowers
    Also out of Burlington, Toni is one of the most creative floral designers and I have to say it was actually fun picking out my flowers. She really had some unique ides.

    I'd also suggest talking with the independent catering companies.  They can tell you where they can cater out of and which halls have exclusive contracts.

    Also - our venue - Elm Grove Woman's Club (www.egwc.org)- can fit up to 200 and has a list of 15+ approved caterers.
