  We aren't doing anything like that for our wedding party. We are using Bexley Beat for our guests (to and from the hotel block). 
  
  A lot of people have used the Columbus Trolley as well.  Which is a cute and fun way to get around!

  Which hotel are you using Andria? I think you need to send me some pricing on this. I think it's a great idea!

  Our hotel block is the Holiday Inn Downtown.  If you set up your room block at the Holiday Inn on campus, they provide free shuttles to The Union (and likely, the Faculty Club too, it's a certain distance they shuttle).  The Holiday Inn Downtown does free shuttles to and from the airport.  For me, I figured it'd be easier to shuttle people to and from the Union then the airport, so we picked downtown.
  
  As for Bexley Beat, it depends on the size of the shuttle. We need two, so two shuttles for two hours, it's $330.  They really only charge for what you use, starting from them leaving their location to getting back. And, that was for pre and post wedding pick up and drop off. You can also have one shuttle do two trips, it's about $240 for one shuttle and 2.75 hours.  We didn't want people to wait in the July heat for an additional 30 minutes before the rest of the guests got there.

  We are going to two places before the reception to take pictures and didn't want our WP getting lost. Our hotel does have shuttles from the hotel to the reception for our guests

  We used Columbus Trolley, which could hold a max of 22 people.
