We finally did our food tasting today. Everything was amazing! There were 2 appetizers that didn't wow us so we changed those. Our menu is now:
Appetizers:
Beef Satay with peanut sauce
Summer Rolls with peanut sauce
Fried Alligator bites with honey mustard dipping sauce
Crab cakes
Papaya salad
Starter:
Watermelon and tomato gazpacho
Salad:
Tomato and Heart of Palm Salad with citrus vinaigretter served with toasted bread and truffle oil
Entree Options:
Penne with Basil-Cilantro Pesto
Grilled Mahi Mahi with tropical salsa
Filet Mignon with Chimichurri sauce
