Love Castle Review

Valentine's Day at White Castle was awesome! They had the place all decorated. They put red transparent film in all of the light fixtures so it was VERY red in there. You checked in with your reservation at a set up hostess station, which was the top of a garbage can where the trays go. That totally kilt me ded. They seated you at a table, decorated w/ plastic tablecloth, bud vase w/ fake flowers, and doily white heart, and had paper menus. They took your order and brought you your drinks, they'd even get you a refill. We took home the commemorative menu. They had a back drop for pictures but it fell down during our meal (almost on me) and they didn't set it back up

I wasn't feeling very good so I could only get down two burgers but my husband, the champ he is, ate EIGHT sliders and his fries and some of mine. Gross. He ate a PB sandwich before we left because he was just so starving. I wish I had his metabolism.

Overall, it was awesome. It was very tounge-in-cheek and you can tell they don't take it seriously. We'll totally do it again next year. I'd say there was about a 50/50 split of families vs. couples. I mean, you can't beat a sit down table service meal for $15 for two people!

It was a nice VD. We then went home and watched a few episodes of Big Bang Theory and snuggled. But he was an ass this morning, so I'm not going to get too sappy.
