Venue Situation

So my heart keeps sending me back to one place so I think that may be "The One."

I cant stop thinking about this place and I saw it a few months ago. Everything that I go look at, I compare to this place.

There was an issue with the kiddie amusement park but if they close at 7, I am thinking of a 630 starting time so most kids (if not all) should be gone by then.

I guess I tried to psych myself out of this place BECAUSE of the noise but in the end, that is all that is on my mind.

Can you see the people in the park or you can just hear the noise?

You can just hear the noise but that would only be temporary since it will close 30 minutes after I plan on starting

If you keep going back to it, that's probably your place. Have you thought of a 7 p.m. start time? Or would that be too late?

Ok. If you can't see the kids or wave of traffic/people leaving the park, I don't see the problem...
Maybe try to go there on Sat at 6:30 to get your mind at rest?

it depends on a few factors:
How long is the ceremony and reception? so at what time will everything be over?
Holiday weekend?
% of older guests who need a certain amount of sleep per night?
Kids that have school the next day?
Parents who have kids who are going to school the next day?

Adult Only Wedding...

Not many older people...grandparents is as far as it goes....

then i think you are fine. I am doing Sunday memorial day weekend. the cocktail hr is at 7 and all ends at 12.

That place is great !!! Since you keep coming back to it, its most likely the one. I agree with everything that was said already. Including if you need to clear your mind, ask if you can stop by on a sunday night around 6:30. Plus you will probably have a dj or musicians to help with the noise issue as well. And for an adult only wedding 6:30 - 12 would be fine.

I don't think 7pm is too late if it's an Adult Only wedding.Our cocktail hour is starting at 7pm and the actual reception starts at 8pm.Follow your heart as all the ladies are saying!

10-10-10 right? Ty please make sure of the times of Knotts Scary Farm... it will be open all night. IDK when Knotts Scary Farm starts, but I know it's pretty much the whole month of October.
