Philly Florist for Cescaphe Wedding

I am wondering if anyone has used or had experience with either Beautiful Blooms or Il Fiore Bianco Florists. I am having my wedding at Tendenza and they both were on some information that I got from the venue. Just looking for more info on either.

Re: Philly Florist for Cescaphe Wedding

  • I know Beautiful Blooms is their "in house" florist. They're in charge of the lighting packages, etc for Tendenza. I read some reviews on wedding wire, I think, and while most people seem to be happy with them, a lot of people said they were a little bit pricy.

  • They are a bit pricey. I priced them for my wedding, although I am not getting married at Cescaphe/Tendenza/etc. and I found that they were overpriced for what you get. I believe they have the "brand" factor associated with them, however, so if that's something important to you, they are very well-regarded.

I'm using Petals Lane and would highly recommend Brittany. She's the nicest human being alive and does absolutely fantastic work. www.petalslane.com

A lot of people recommend Carl Alan on this board. I did not have a good experience with them at all, but others seem to like them. You get to play with flowers during your appointment which is fun, but I found him kind of uncreative. Just one person's opinion.

    Good luck.

  • They are extremely expensive and extremely good.  I also like Brittany from Petals Lane.

  • I am not sure about those you mentioned but I am using Carl Alan and am very happy so far! You get to create your flowers during the consultation. So many brides are disappointed in their wedding flowers because they did not know what it would actually look like. I am so excited to know that I will love my flowers on my wedding day!

  • We are also using Petals Lane and Britney has been wonderful!  She really took the time to discuss what we wanted at the consultation and had many, many examples for us to look at when picking various flowers, colors, etc.  She has also been great about recommending linen colors, lighting styles, etc.  I've heard that Beautiful Blooms does a great job, but if you're looking for a more personalized experience Petals Lane is the way to go :)
  • Beautiful blooms and il fire Bianco actually merged together and they are one company. They are a little pricy but we are using them as we are getting married at the Curtis center, so we figured "in house" will prob be the easiet way to go
