  How about Toronto Botanical Gardens?  Or maybe High Park?  It's a little harder to find an outdoor ceremony venue when it's not with your reception venue.

  Try the Brick Works as well...
  
  Or consider a wedding at one of the other venues at the Distillery.

  we booked there for Sept 2012 wedding, also outdoor ceremony. 

  it's downtown and probably only like 10 min drive from Distillery.

  There's a restaurant called Prague IIRC near the Scarborough Golf Club... anyway, one of the things they promote in mentioning weddings is the church next door, complete with outdoor rock altar formation.  It's a jaunt, but it's pretty.
