Help a guy out? Need an idea on dresses

Hello
So I'm having to pick out bridesmaids dresses for my wedding and I'm at a loss of what to do... It's kind of 70's era feel to it and there's a certain look that comes with it-very kind of Rachel Zoe-ish, vintage like feel but I'm having problems finding stuff like that on the major sites like Davids bridal

I'm at a loss.

It's more of a cocktail type affair with an odd color combination but what I'm really looking for is something with sleeves which seems next to impossible. I guess I'm hoping for suggestions on where and how to look

Something like this but longer and with a tighter skirt would be ideal

What color are you looking for?

You can sort on major department store sites like Macys by sleeve length, etc:

Another great option would be to go for a great neutral color. A basic black perhaps, and then glam it up with accessories that match your unique colors.

Thanks for the suggestions!!! I already tried to have them work out the dress choice and all 6 of them kept bickering that I finally had to step in...

Of course I did find something I liked but it is already sold out in most sizes.... Back to the drawing board

I would really make sure that your bridesmaids are on board with this. I'm not really a 70s type of girl and it might feel costumey if it's out of character for them.

OP, also keep in mind that a cardigan, wrap, or light jacket can give the "illusion" of a dress with sleeves if you find a strapless or tank dress in the correct color and skirt style.

They could also wear a flowy blouse with a pencil skirt.

have you checked unique vintage?...they have their dresses sorted by time period even (i think)
