    Our household is on the lower end.  That's okay it's only one income and our debt is very low.  We are still able to save and invest.

    in our area, we live well below middle class. Unfortunate, because just about anywhere else in the country we'd live quite comfortably making what we make.

    I make sure to leave a dollar on the sheets every morning I'm home. No more than a dollar though. Don't want him getting uppity, thinking he's worth more than that.

    I have never thought H was overpaid, and you know how I bitch about our COL. Still, we do pretty well for people our age in this area.

    I am overpaid for what I do. DH is underpaid at the moment, but that is soon to be recitifed. He's only paid once per month, so we'll get the bump in salary in October.

    DH is actually well-paid in his field.  Management in his company is ridiculously well-paid.

    I'm paid an average rate for my field and tenure.

    Maybe because it said household income? I included H's salary in my answer. I think if we put our own individual salaries, it wouldn't be quite so disparate.

    And I'm with NOLA. I have a couple of ideas for those $200ers.

    Hm, my top 2 are the hmos and the loveshines, but I'm taking area into account. Higher COL tends to = higher salaries.

    I was guessing that Duckis, Barbie & PMeg are up there on the top somewhere. 

    I don't know what hmo and her H do since she/he is so super secret.  Are they human trafficers supplying hotel maids to Super 8?  If so, I'll put them on the top, too.

    I'm on the lower end of the spectrum (between $20-25k) per year. Husband is about the same, depending on tips.
